approximately 90 miles south of Norfolk, Virginia with a waterfront
location on the Atlantic Ocean.
This project will combine an Indoor/Outdoor Water Park and a 250-room
Resort Vacation Hotel with Conference Center/Spa on 42 acres of prime
real estate in this spectacular location in Southeastern USA. There is
no Water Park within approximately 300 miles of this location and Hotels
rooms are needed.
The area consists of upscale Rental Homes on the Beach as well as 15,000
Vacation
rental condo/homes within an ½-hour drive to the site and a additional
8,000 units
no more than one hour drive. The market is robust with activity from May
thru
October. This project will become a year round vacation resort
destination.
Investor offering is the following:
Seeking a few select high-quality experienced Investor(s) to invest $2,000,000 for the purpose to attain seed monies for the development process, Pre-sale marketing, Legal expenses, Engineering, Municipal fees, Architectural and Admin exp. Each share is valued at $150,000 (half shares available).
- 50% return at the end of the development process. This development process is projected to take approximately 6-15 months beginning Fall/Winter 2010/2011.
- OR – remain in the project and be rewarded 15% on your money per year with and additional 2% of the profits per year for 5 years (see financial projections).
